How do I copy pages between the Playground and My app?

Select the pages you want to copy in either the Playground or My app workspace and use the shortcut keys CMD + C to copy the pages. Switch to the workspace you want to copy the pages to, either Playground or My app, and use the shortcut keys CMD + V to paste the pages.
