There are several link types you can use (details on these below) but the most important will be the Page link. This is how you will create links that jump to other pages/tiles in your app layout.
To create a link to a page or object (this could be an image or text block) from one page to another within your app layout, select the object you want to be tapped and then the "Link" drop down menu on the right-hand side panel, then choose "Page link".
To connect the page link you just created, close the page you are linking from using the "x" button in the upper-right corner.
Now you will see a small blue "a" icon at the bottom of that page you just closed in your tile view.
This means you have an active link, but it is not yet linked to anything. If you create more links they will be called "b", "c" and so on.
To create the link simply click and drag the "a" icon to the page you want to link to. You will see an arrow showing where you have just linked the page.
NOTE: the page link indicator "a" will disappear once the page has been linked.
Now if you want to have a link to go back a page, open the page you linked to and create a "Back Link" so that you can go back or exit to the page it was linked from.
Other Types of Links
There are several Link types you can use in Semble.
These Link types will display in the drop-down menu on the right-hand column when you have an object selected.
Back link - for creating a back or close button so that you can navigate back to the previous page.
Page link - for linking pages together for navigation (see beginning of this article).
Web link - for opening a website URL within an inline web frame.
Share link - for sharing an image of the page and a URL, this launches the built-in share options (ie. Message, Email, Social Media, Save Image, etc.).
If the URL field is left blank it will use the custom iTunes URL of your app.
Phone link - for using the built-in call function that launches the Phone app.
Email link - for opening and composing an email directly to the input address.
Transitions
Transitions can only be used with the "Page link" and "Web link" link types. These are built-in animations that will display when navigating between pages or launching the inline web view window.
